Warranty Policy

This policy has been developed to ensure transparency and security in your post-purchase experience.

Coverage Period

90 Days

Counting from the date of receipt, as per the Consumer Protection Code.

01. What the Warranty Covers

Dominatrixxx® offers a warranty limited to manufacturing defects or latent issues related to the integrity of materials and original finishes.

Important: The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use, accidents, natural wear and tear, incorrect washing, or maintenance not in accordance with the label's instructions.

02. How to Request Support

To initiate a technical analysis with Dominatrixxx®, please contact our customer service center by providing the following information:

  • • Order Number;
  • • Detailed description of the issue;
  • • Clear photos of the product and the specific detail in question.

Our response time is up to 5 business days after receiving the request.

03. Logistics and Costs

Once the warranty analysis is approved by Dominatrixxx®, all reverse logistics and re-shipping costs will be our responsibility. The procedure may result in repair, exchange for an identical item, or reimbursement, depending on availability and technical assessment.
